The development, a joint venture between Harlem Irving Companies, Hamilton Partners, and T2, is situated at 122 E. Northwest Highway, directly opposite the Mount Prospect Metra station. The six-story property comprises 87 units, including 81 apartments and six rental townhomes, along with 3,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

Kiser Group has announced the promotion of Jake Parker from Director to Senior Director. Parker’s eight-year tenure with the firm has seen him progress from an analyst role to become a key figure in the company’s success. His expertise lies in multifamily sales and condominium deconversions, with a particular focus on Chicago’s North Side, where he collaborates closely with his long-time partner, Andy Friedman.

Farbman Group has expanded its team with three new additions. Bonnie Liu joins as a project manager, Chris Newsome takes on the role of senior staff accountant, and Jeannie Buettner assumes the position of administrative assistant and assistant property manager.
